Planned |
We're publishing the first significantly revised bike map (trails and commuting) for Pittsburgh in nearly 15 years. We're installing 135 of our Public Art Bike Racks in and around Pittsburgh - each rack holds two bikes, meaning 270 more places to park your bike - all gifts to the City of Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh has agreed to put in the first bike lanes for commuters before the end of this year (after much lobbying), and we're working with PennDOT on road and bridge improvement projects to ensure that bike/ped accomodations are not only in the plan, but become an integral part of all future plans. |
