Finally have a name for this guy. It is Will Robertson of the Washington Bicycle Club as he rides a Star (not The Eagle Bicycle like mine) down the steps of the U.S. Capitol. With THX to John Skocdopole who posted this when he posted about Carl Fisher, of Indianapolis, the man whose life was so huge and accomplishments so many, that the chapter from my new book, “How Indianapolis Built America and How it will Rebuild it with the National Bicycle Greenway”, just keeps growing and growing….
