In 2009, as I sat tight in Elko, NV, waiting for better weather for my safety and for the welfare of my rare Eagle bike, I had the privilege of learning a lot about Elko from one of its natives, an amazing man named Greg Parker. Long gone are the days of using one’s naked eye to mine for such precious metal, what comes out of the ground now are microscopic particles. So as such here Greg explains how it’s done now.
