National Bicycle Greenway Day in Indianapolis.

On Friday, June 3, at City Market in downtown Indianapolis, Deputy Mayor Steve Campbell officially welcomed Concetta Curtis to the city on her way to San Francisco from Miami in support of a national greenway system. Campbell also proclaimed today to be National Bicycle Greenway Day in Indianapolis.

Many local biking enthusiasts were in attendance, including Ray Irvin, the director of Indianapolis' highly acclaimed greenway system. Concetta spoke about her journey, and Campbell thanked her for her dedication to such an important cause.
