Ride for the National Bicycle Greenway -Summer 2020

Ride for the National Bicycle Greenway – visit Mayors from San Francisco/Oakland to Indianapolis to help us show the world how the cities on our route can reinvent/reenergize themselves with Downtown Greenways similar to the Cultural Trail here in the Crossroads of America. Help us demonstrate that with such infrastructure, these population centers will then become attractive destinations for cyclists as we then connect them to one another with our cross country route.

By riding for us, your efforts will spread a message of hope when one learns about the internationally acclaimed Cultural Trail that has so magically transformed Indianapolis, a once run down, dying Rust Belt city.

On Saturday, July 18, our 17th annual National Mayors Ride leaves San Francisco Mayor London Breed 倫敦.布里德 enroute to the Indianapolis Bicentennial celebration. Be one of the cyclists who transports this proclamation (a draft) and 13 others to Mayor Joe Hogsett on September 27 on the bridge that was built to replace the first gateway to the west per this schedule.

If you want to be part of this journey, you will be registered at the above Mayors’ Ride schedule with a photograph that links to your bio and a podcast interview with NBG Director, Martin Krieg. If you have the Lightning Cycle Dynamics recumbent bicycle, one of this ride’s sponsors, we are working on an incentive package with them. Soon, we will able to extend that offer.
