A casual 15-mile ride, we are hoping for a reception from CA Governor Jerry Brown‘s Office. at the State Capitol.

Ride starts from Ken’s Bike-Ski-Board at 8:15. Before we move on to Blisworks Bikes for an 8:30 rider pick up. They are located in the Nugget Markets shopping center at Pole Line and Cowell. The people there are very knowledgeable and also very warm hearted. It just feels good to be in Blisworks, as like Ken’s, any customer who comes in the door is their top priority.

btw: In 1884, when Thomas Stevens became the first man to bike across America and then around the world, he used the rail road tracks that are about a half a mile away from where we will be as we cross the Yolo Causeway. To honor him, I’ll be on The Eagle Bicycle
